iPhone Developers On Twitter

February 16, 2009
If you have a Twitter account and are curious to see what iPhone developers are currently up to, Tim Haines, the developer of BurnBall for the iPhone, has created a Google spreadsheet containing a massive list of iPhone developers for your stalking pleasure. The list currently contains over 630 different iPhone developer's Twitter accounts, all of which have willfully submitted their own names. If you are a developer and want to get on the list, it is extremely easy. Just fill out this quick form and hit submit. There isn't a screening process so anyone can be added to the list. A ruby script exists as well to allow you to follow everyone on the list. With over 600 different developers on the list I wouldn't recommend doing this because you can simply search for just the developers you are most interested in. Twitter is an easy way for developers to keep in touch with each other and also a fun way for regular users to interact with developers.
