Apple will be holding an invite only event that will give select media an advanced preview of the iPhone OS 3.0 on March 17, 2009 at its Cupertino headquarters.
As for what's in store, no one seems to know. The invitiation simply reads, "Get an advance preview of what we're building."
Hopefully this will give developers a head start on building any new features into their applications so users won't have to wait long after the new OS launches to utilize them.
So what new features could be waiting in the wings? Of course push notifications and a copy/paste ability are top priorities, but is there anything else you folks hope Apple will showcase?
