Apple Updates iTunes to v8.1.1 - Available Now

Apple has released an update to iTunes, which brings it to v8.1.1. In Apple's Software Update it says,"iTunes 8.1.1 adds support for renting HD movies and provides a number of bug fixes, including addressing issues with VoiceOver and syncing with iPhone or iPod touch."
The big news here is that users now have the ability to rent movies in HD, although early reports on various other sites have left many saying "Great, but where's the HD rentals?" As of this writing I myself was unable to actually find any HD rentals, but it's possible that by the time many of you read this, HD rentals will have popped up in iTunes eagerly awaiting your mouse clicks.
As for the other mentioned "bug fixes", without having an official Apple "change log", it's hard to say what specific bugs they've addressed in their latest release. Regardless, it's comforting to know that the iTunes Developer Team seems to be working 24/7 on improving the heart of their hardware line-up that is iTunes.
I updated to v8.1.1 and thus far have not noticed anything different, although with a revision number like (v8.1.1), it's likely that most of the core changes have been made under the hood and won't be realized by most users unless they've been experiencing specific problems.
You can download the latest iTunes from Apple, or by using the Check For Updates feature located within iTunes itself.
What about you guys? Have you downloaded the latest version yet? Was iTunes v8.1 giving you any problems that seem to have gone away with the installation of v8.1.1? Sound off in the comments and let us know your experience after upgrading.
