Rightning, Inc. has just released a comprehensive guide to everything sushi called SUSHI - The Sushi Menu Book.  SUSHI examines 52 different types of sushi and includes beautiful high quality images of each type of sushi that just may make you drool directly on your iPhone's touch screen. This isn't just your everyday sushi guide, SUSHI - The Sushi Menu Book details all types of information including the ecology of the fish, the origin of its name, and even some of the secrets behind the flavors of particular types of sushi.  The application explains how to order and eat sushi at a restaurant, and what to expect from your table setting in case you are new to the world of sushi.  You can also create a "favorites" list for future reference which should save you oodles of time the next time you head out to grab one of those tasty little morsels.
