Tapulous Releases Tap Tap Coldplay
April 7, 2009
Tapulous has just released Tap Tap Coldplay at the App Store for all of you alternative British rock lovers out there. Tapulous' new offering follows in the footsteps of other band band-specific Tap Tap Revenge games like Nine Inch Nails Revenge and Christmas With Weezer.
Now, I am not personally a fan of the band, but I can tell you that the track list looks fairly promising. Tap Tap Coldplay includes ten of Coldplay's biggest hits and that's if you don't count the Viva la Vida remix.
The game plays like every other Tap Tap Revenge game which includes the usual multi-player mode, varying difficulty settings, and the new Facebook Connect feature. In addition to those features, Tap Tap Coldplay includes a Coldplay news feed as well as "Coldplay inspired" graphics, themes, and effects that set this version apart from the rest.
Like other version specific Tap Tap Revenge games, Tap Tap Coldplay costs $4.99 at the App Store. Not a bad price if you are fan. It's worth noting that in the application's description, Tapulous specifically mentions that this version has "superior stability." If you have played Tap Tap Revenge 2, this is promising news as that game has had numerous stability issues.
