YetiSports Now Available At The App Store

The web-based version of YetiSports has been a major success.  It is still being played by over 100,000 gamers on any give day, so it's  no surprise that the developers wanted to bring the experience to the iPhone. YetiSports allows you to use the iPhone's accelerometer to maneuver a penguin through 27 all new stages.  The goal is to follow a given flight path in an attempt to collect all of the bonus items in each level. YetiSports contains 9 levels of difficulty, and a daily global leader board that will help you compare your skills with others. The game also contains the original classic mode where your goal is to glide your penguin as far as possible before coming to a complete stop. YetiSports is immediately available for purchase at the App Store for $2.99. Embedded  below is a "virtual iPhone" version of the original web-based game that is meant to give you a taste of the yeti and penguin experience.  To control the pitch of the penguin, simply move your mouse up and down, this is supposed to simulate the tilting of your iPhone.  Just remember, this isn't the full YetiSports game, this is just the original web-based classic with some iPhone controls slapped on.  The 27 new levels were specifically designed for the iPhone application.
