FDG's Kryzer Prologue Now Available And It's Just The Beginning

May 25, 2009
kryzerprologue FDG's new game, Kryzer Prologue, marks the beginning of a "new stunning gaming experience for the iPhone and iPod touch," just as the name suggests. kryzerprologue_screen Kryzer Prologue puts you in control of a ship that speeds around a 360 degree playing field in an attempt to get the highest score possible before the time runs out.  In Kryzer Prologue you simply control the ships movement from rail to rail as the ship keeps spinning faster and faster in a circle.  You must shoot and avoid enemies as you spin, but if you collide with an enemy, you will lose 30 seconds off the timer.  The game also contains an online leader board for you to compare your scores with the rest of the world.  It is a simple pick-up-and-play game, but based on early user reviews, it seems to be quite addicting. Kryzer Prologue is just the beginning of the series, however.  FDG intends to release Kryzer 3D, or "The Big One" as they call it, sometime in the near future which will take the same 2D gameplay idea and turn it into a 3D environment.  As an added benefit, FDG will be rewarding the best Kryzer Prologue players with a free copy of Kryzer 3D along with their name in the game's credits.  FDG will be giving away this awesome prize and unique claim to fame every week until Kryzer 3D's release.  To win a free download code for Kryzer 3D and your name in the game's credits, simply register the highest score on Kryzer Prologue's leader boards during a single week in normal mode.  It would be to your advantage to purchase and play the game as early as possible because the more players that start competing for this prize, the more difficult it will be. Kryzer Prologue is available in the App Store for only $.99. Embedded below is a gameplay video for Kryzer Prologue.
