First Gameplay Video For The Sims 3

With the release date for The Sims 3 just around the corner, it's nice to finally see some actual gameplay footage. EA Mobile has given us tons of screenshots and even a preview trailer for the game, but nothing that has shown us how the game really looks and plays on the iPhone. That is, until today.
IntoMobile managed to get some hands-on time with the much anticipated title and from the looks of things, The Sims 3 will be everything you have been hoping for.
IntoMobile demoed the game on a first generation iPod touch, so if you are an owner of an older Apple device this video should help put some of your performance fears to rest. The Sims 3 looks fantastic, at least graphically speaking, and according to IntoMobile, the user interface is perfectly optimized for the iPhone's unique controls.
The Sims 3 will be available in the App Store on June 2nd. EA Mobile stated that the final weeks will be spent tweaking the gameplay and adjusting the in-game soundtrack.
