Gameloft Releases Terminator Salvation For iPhone

If the thought of witnessing Terminator Salvation in theaters this month gives you goosebumps, then this next bit of news just may send you running down the streets with joy.  Gameloft has just released their highly anticipated film-based game, Terminator Salvation for the iPhone. In Terminator Salvation, you get to play as the savior of mankind, which is the one and only John Connor, and a terminator named Marcus Wright.  Each character has their own unique strengths and special abilities that you must utilize in order to survive.  You control your character via a third-person perspective, which allows you to maneuver through the 8 levels with ease.  You can take cover behind objects to avoid enemy fire, and shoot back with 6 different weapons including a grenade launcher.  There is even an unlockable game mode that allows you to play as a T-600! The game is said to take about 2-3 hours to complete, which some may consider short for such a high priced affair, but if you are a fan of the series it should be worth every penny.  If you just can't get enough of the Terminator, Gameloft has also set up a Twitter feed specifically for the game that has exclusive news, updates, competitions, gifts, and more.
