Just What You Need, Another Terminator Related Game

If you do a quick search in the App Store using the keyword "Terminator" you will find tons of applications related to the topic.  The App Store now contains Terminator comics, graphic novels, games, and even an image creator that I may have had entirely too much fun with.  Big Head Games and Dark Horse Comics decided that just wasn't enough terminator content because they have released yet another Terminator based application in the App Store. The Terminator, as it is so simply called, is an iDracula-esque game set in the Terminator universe.  The game features two modes of play, Quick Play and Story Mode.  Quick Play has you destroying as many enemies as possible without dying, while Story Mode presents the first episode of a back-story leading up to where the film takes over. The Terminator features two different styles of gameplay, one where you control the character and simply fire on everything that moves, and the other more iDracula-esque where you control both the movement of your character and your aim as well.  The game features all types of weapons ranging from a gatling gun to a bazooka, and a heart pounding soundtrack and special effects. Big Head Games has stated that this is a two-part game, with the other part coming via an update that should be submitted to the App Store very soon.  Hopefully this will add a bit more to the gameplay as some user reviews have stated that the game in its current state is fairly easy, especially for iDracula veterans. The Terminator is available in the App Store at the introductory price of $.99.  According to their description, the price of the game will be raised within 72 hours, so if you have any interest in this one at all, don't wait too long.
