New iPhone To Sport iMovie App?

If the latest rumors about the next generation iPhone having video capabilities are true, and we certainly want them to be, then iPhone owners around the world have another reason to be pumped for what Apple has in store for release this summer.
According toBusinessWeek.com, an unnamed source says the third generation iPhone, landing sometime this summer, will tout an iMovie-like app that will allow for actual editing of recorded video, as well as sport the ability to upload the videos straight to YouTube.
It's not clear if this ability will be device-restricted, as in only capable on the newest iPhone hardware or if it will be something that's implemented across the board with the final release of the iPhone OS 3.0.
I don't know about you guys but the more options available the better - and a video option is definitely one that I'd like to see. One thing is for certain: summer can't get here soon enough!
