Specs and screenshots of what may be the next generation iPhone have started to come out of a Chinese forum, according to Macrumors.
The forum called Weiphone has been submitting reports over the past few weeks - and what started as a rumor in early May is apparently starting to catch on.
The image above taken from Macrumors represents a new iPhone model number "MB717LL" with 32GB of Storage.
If the rumors by the poster are true the new iPhone will have:
- 600MHz CPU Speed (up from 400MHz) - 256MB RAM (up from 128MB) - Digital Compass and FM - 3.2 megapixel camera with auto focus - 32GB size - No major changes in battery, screen and external casing.Even though the Chinese forums have been a source for leaking early releases from Apple, the person posting the information has no record of producing accurate information in the past. So far we have no substantial information that shows that any of the specs are correct, but this information adds to the increasing speculation that the next generation iPhone will contain a digital compass, a camera that can take better pics, and it should be faster overall.
