T-Mobile Provides Support, Account Credit For iPhone Problem

May 8, 2009
t-mobile-iphone Recently, a T-Mobile customer using an unlocked iPhone experienced problems with his voicemail after a T-Mobile voicemail system change. That customer e-mailed T-Mobile customer service about the problem and received a unique response: an apology, a promise to look into the issue and a 1 month service credit. A day later, the voicemail problem was resolved. Obviously, T-Mobile does not sell iPhones in the US so this serves as what can only be described as some of the greatest customer service I've ever heard of. When contacted about their response, a T-Mobile representative simply said "though they do not offer the iPhone, they are committed to supporting users on their network who have them." If only even a quarter of the companies out there provided support like this, there'd be a lot less dislike towards them. Good job, T-Mobile.
