Our favorite casual game has just hit one huge milestone. Firemint has announced that Flight Control has just landed 1,000,000 downloads. Get it? Landed?
Flight Control has been one of the most popular paid applications in the App Store since its launch in early March 2009. In fact, Flight Control has actually reached the number one spot in 20 different countries at one point. The game has been extremely successful thanks to its simple but addicting gameplay, and it has only gotten better thanks to the implementation of Firemint's Cloudcell technology.
