Leaked Fido Roadmap Images Indicate 4GB iPhone With Front-Facing Camera?

Rumors come in pairs apparently.  Only hours after Engadget reported that the next-gen iPhone capacities would range from 4GB to 32GB, a new rumor surfaced indicating that Fido Canada intends to stock a 4GB iPhone complete with video chat. The rumor is that The Boy Genius Report was able to get their hands on Fido Canada's 2009 roadmap.  The shining star in this roadmap is what looks to be a 4GB iPhone with a front-facing camera for video chat:
the slide depicts a 4GB iPhone model that will run for $99 and come with quad-band EDGE, tri-band HSDPA, a 2 megapixel shooter and, believe it or not, iChat video calling (oh hi, front-facing camera).
If you look closely at the bottom right corner of the photo above, you can see that the iPhone image being used is merely a placeholder, so it can only be assumed that since the listing indicates video calling, the next-gen iPhone will contain a front-facing camera.  Also, the listing indicates that the next-gen iPhone will only contain a 2 megapixel camera, which contradicts many reports that have indicated the device will contain a 3.2 megapixel camera. Aside from what was contained in the images from the slides, no other details were given, so this could very well be a hoax.  What do you think?
