It's scary to think that there could be another game as addicting as Flight Control for the iPhone and iPod touch since I, and I am certain very many others, have spent way too many hours trying to achieve the ultimate high score, but that may become a reality very shortly.
Imangi Studios has just released a gameplay trailer for their upcoming game Harbor Master. Harbor Master looks similar to Flight Control, but instead of aircraft and runways, it will sport boats and docks.
The game will feature three different types of boats. The smaller boats are fast but can only deliver a single load of cargo, and the larger boats are slow but they can deliver four loads of cargo all at once. Harbor Master will also feature unlockable maps, global high scores, an original soundtrack, multi-touch support, and obstacles such as cyclones to mix up the gameplay.
Imangi Studios has stated that the game was submitted to the App Store last week, so it should be available any day now. No official price has been announced.
