Review: Parachute Panic

Overview
Stick figures are always an easy sell and this time it's no different. "I'm falling down, I'm falling down, all the way down." Don't worry, it will get stuck in your head too. That's why this is easily one of my favorite new games on my phone. It's simple, incredibly fun, and it has a theme song that you will never forget. As I said the game is pretty simple, just use your finger and tap a falling stick figure to open up their chute. Once it's open, guide those little guys to the nearest boat for a safe landing by swiping your finger left, right, up, or down. Doing this simulates the wind and helps to guide them to safety. Watch out for incoming helicopters, storm clouds, sharks, and even UFO's. It silly, it's crazy, and I dare you not to laugh at the "Game Over" music! I dare you!Features
Like I said before, this is a very simple little game and because of that there aren't that many features here. However, the game doesn't suffer from the lack of features either. With that said, the game has the ability to swipe anywhere on the screen to simulate the wind, tap on the stick figure to deploy their parachute, and the option to destroy certain objects by taping on them five times. I've also been informed by the developers that in the next update expect online high scores to be added as well.Breakdown
The Good:
Basically...everything. I mean where to even start? My personal favorite has to be the music. It's awesome. In short, this is one of those games that you will either like or you won't. I mean what else is there to say? The controls work great, the sounds and music are amazing, and the animations when you die or are captured by the aliens are just cool. Again, for what it is, this game is near perfect and accomplishes exactly what it should. It entertains you, it's really fun, and it's got just enough of that silly aspect to it that makes for a really enjoyable game with lots of replay value. It's hard not to fall in love with this game.
