Skyworks' New Game Isn't Sports Related?

When you think of the iPhone developer Skyworks, the first thing that comes to mind is sports related games.  They have oodles of them currently available in the App Store, but that's not saying they aren't good, it's just what they do.  You can imagine our surprise when we first discovered that Skyworks' new game isn't a sports related game at all, it's actually a driving game called Crime Spree. Crime Spree puts you at the wheel of a getaway car on a mission to collect some cash.  As you race through the streets to collect the lost loot that is scattered around the city in various locations, you must also try to avoid getting cornered by the cops who are always in hot pursuit.  You have a bunch of items at your disposal to do just that, including things like oil cans. Crime Spree includes a few ways to control your getaway car.  You can tap the screen or swipe in the direction you want to go, or you can use the accelerometer-based controls.  Just be aware that the game doesn't contain a gas pedal or a brake, so you are always in motion. The game features an Arcade mode where you must avoid the police and collect all the cash to progress to the next level, and it also features a Survival Mode where you  must collect as much cash before getting caught.  Crime Spree sports a local and global leader board as well. Crime Spree is now available in the App Store for $1.99.
