It's officially official this time. Bloomberg has received confirmation from Apple spokesperson Steve Dowling that Steve Jobs has indeed returned to his position as Apple's CEO.
Jobs had been spotted at Apple's headquarters last week, but this report is as official as it can get. According to the report, Jobs is at Apple a few days a week and he is working at home the rest of the days. Dowling wouldn't say whether Jobs is actually at the office today.
