The MLB All Star Game may be over, but developer Com2uS has decided to celebrate the event by placing Baseball Slugger 3D on sale for one day only.
Baseball Slugger 3D came out of left field (see what I did there?) and surprised everyone with its simple yet addictive gameplay, and its ability to play online. The game has become a smashing success sales wise in the App Store, and it was even nominated in three different categories in our first annual AppAwards.
The idea of the game is fairly basic, just time your swing perfectly to hit as many home runs as possible. This simple gameplay mechanic allows for a wide variety of gamers to play, and thanks to the online mode, the game has a high replay value for those of you that want to beat up on unsuspecting online opponents.
