Maximum Bake! Must.Eat.Birds. Cake Contest Underway

When Must.Eat.Birds. was first released nearly one month ago, we outlined how the game just oozed character and style. Apparently many of you iPhone and iPod touch gamers out there agreed, because the game has surged into the top 20 paid apps in the App Store. To celebrate the success of their first iPhone title, developer Mediatonic is holding a unique competition that will award one lucky winner an entire year's supply of Battenberg cakes. Must.Eat.Birds. is the world's first picnic defense simulator. The idea of the game is to launch little orange creatures called Nomsters from a catapult into the air in an attempt to eat all of the birds that are trying to steal your cakes. The game is goofy simple fun, and so is the contest. To enter the Must.Eat.Birds. contest, you must send a picture of yourself eating cake to Mediatonic. All entries will be judged by the Mediatonic team, with bonus points awarded for referencing the game somewhere within the picture. You can feature birds, even more cake, or just the game itself. Mediatonic has stated that the contest is open to everyone from anywhere in the world. The only "requirement" they mention is the ability to house a "vast amount of Battenberg cake."
