Our definitive Push Notification Applist has become a monster of a list with well over 50 apps on it and more being added almost every day. To help manage the insanity we've launched a separate Twitter Push Applist with all the Twitter apps featuring Push Notifications. You can see it here.
There are some interesting solutions on the list, like Prowl and Boxcar, but none really fulfills the promise of a full-fledged Twitter client with Push Notifications. I'm using Boxcar and loving it (though I use TweetDeck and Boxcar doesn't automatically open it yet).
