Review: Mini Golf Wacky Worlds

Overview
Play some of the most insane and...well, wackiest greens around in Mini Golf Wacky Worlds. What are some of these "wacky worlds" like? Grab a club and find out as you putt through islands in the sky, rivers of melted cheese, volcanoes, and a slew of other crazy and stylish courses. Want to play?
Features
The game has over 36 different holes to play through and four different levels to play them on. Each one is unique and stylish in their own "wacky" way. There's a Gopher Mode where you must knock out all of the gophers. There is also a Pro Shop where you can customize your character and upgrade your equipment.
The Breakdown
The Good:
What makes this game really great is the diversity of the levels. They're just plain fun. Instead of the same stuff you usually see in mini-golf games, this one throws all of that right out the window and makes up an entirely new playbook.
The ability to customize anything in a game is a plus and this one is no different. Changing your character's appearance and equipment is fun and adds another great element to the game's content.
The Bad:
My biggest issue here has to be the lag in the game. It has slow loading times and there is a very noticeable lag in between your shots and even in lining up and shooting the ball. Is it a deal breaker? I don't think so, but it is very annoying for sure.
The graphics, while vibrant in color, are a little choppy and I've seen better on the iPhone. Again, this isn't a deal breaker by any means, but it's still an issue.
The Verdict
At the moment most people expect to pay only $.99 for most games. There are just so many good titles for only a dollar that it is sometimes hard to justify spending any more than that. However, this game is worth the price. There's a ton of content here to keep you busy for hours on end and if you are a fan of miniature golf games in any way, this shouldn't disappoint.
