This end of the week game sales list has turned out to be the biggest one yet, so we are just going to get right into the good stuff. Doom Resurrection ($9.99 -> $2.99): An all-new chapter of the Doom saga designed exclusively for the iPhone and iPod touch.  The game is definitely pretty to look at and features everything you would expect from the Doom universe, except it is an on-rails shooter.  So if you are a huge fan of Doom and can look past the simple gameplay mechanic, this one is a steal at $2.99. Wolfenstein 3D Classic ($2.99 -> $.99): Another id Software title marked down in celebration of QuakeCon.  Wolfenstein 3D Classic is a flawless re-creation of the PC hit title, and unlike many other FPS shooter games on the iPhone and iPod touch, this one is actually relatively easy to control. Star Defense ($1.99 -> $.99): A 3D tower defense game loaded with content and connectivity.  The game features ngmoco's Plus+ Network, so you can earn achievements, send challenges, and check out the leader boards.  The game has been plummeting in price recently after it was originally launched for $5.99. NFL 2010 ($7.99 -> $4.99): The first full football simulation game for the iPhone and iPod touch.  It features all of your favorite teams and players, along with the ability to play a quick game or an entire season.  Since EA refuses to give us any timetable for when the iPhone and iPod touch version of Madden 10 will be available, this is basically your only option right now. Zooloretto ($4.99 -> $.99): Based on the acclaimed board game by the same name, Zooloretto allows you to take control of your own zoo.  The idea is to attract as many visitors as possible to make your zoo the best it can be. BeatRider Touch ($4.99 -> $1.99): Unlike most rhythm games, BeatRider Touch allows you to play your own MP3 and M4A music files, so you won't ever get sick of the music selection.  You can store up to 30 songs at a time and swap them out as you wish.  The game also features multiple difficulty levels, leader boards, and landscape mode. 9 Innings: Pro Baseball 2009 ($2.99 -> $.99): From the developers of Baseball Slugger, so you know it's good.  The game features eight different teams to choose from and the ability to play 126 games during the season.  It also contains a tournament and home run mode, just in case you need a break from the regular gameplay. Yard Sale Hidden Treasures: Lucky Junction ($4.99 -> $.99): A hidden objects game that features 12 different locations, timed and untimed play, and multiple gameplay modes. Dropship ($1.99 -> Free): A graphically unique arcade space shooter that contains fairly solid controls and loads of content.  What more do I need to say?  This one is free, so go pick it up and delete it if you dislike it. All of the sales vary in duration, so if you are interested in a specific title I suggest you go pick it up immediately.  Enjoy your weekend gaming!
