Gameloft's Best-Selling Real Soccer Franchise Makes A Return To The iPhone
September 22, 2009
Gameloft's first shot at soccer on the iPhone, Real Soccer 2009, turned out to be a huge hit, but there was definitely some room for improvement. Gameloft effectively used that bit of room by squeezing all new graphics, controls, modes, and online capabilities into Real Soccer 2010.
Real Soccer 2010 is a step above last year's version with all kinds of new content and features. The game contains eight leagues, 245 licensed teams and players, 14 stadiums, and voice commentary. Real Soccer 2010 features a new d-pad that is said to be more precise, and a new player selection system that allows you to easily select a player by simply touching the one you want to control.
Real Soccer 2010 sports some brand new online features as well. You can now play head-to-head against a friend online via Wi-Fi or locally via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. The game utilizes Gameloft’s LIVE! service to keep track of your ranking and statistics. On top of all of those online features, Real Soccer 2010 also allows you to upload videos to YouTube and updates your roster with the latest trades.
Real Soccer 2010 is now available in the App Store for $6.99.
