Overview
It's exactly what the title implies - you test your film knowledge by looking at famous movie scenes acted out by stick figures. The point of the game is to see how many questions you can answer correctly before the timer runs out. It's simple, silly, and incredibly entertaining. Time to go to the movies, stickman style.
Features
The game is basically what you see, movie scenes acted out by stick figures. You have to answer as many questions as you can before the timer runs out. Once it does, you can post your score on Twitter.
The questions are random and they reset each time a new game is started. In a future update the devs are adding the ability to have your high score saved within the game and more questions are coming as well.
Breakdown
The Good:
What is there not to love about famous movie scenes acted out by stick figures? This has become one of my favorite apps ever since I downloaded it. Yeah, some of the scenes are painfully obvious, but that doesn't make it any less entertaining and it's just plain fun.
The scenes are great and you can't wait to get to the next question. The graphics look great for what the devs are trying to achieve here. I mean it's stick figures and paper so what else do you expect?
The Bad:
After going through the game a couple of times you will start getting the same questions over and over. This is really meant to be played with friends, but either way there are only about sixty questions and you'll get the same ones after a while.
There isn't any sounds or music either. Not a big deal, but that's why I gave this category such a low rating. Although it's coming in the next update, there is currently no way to save your high score. That's definitely a bummer, but at least it is being addressed.
The Verdict
If you are a movie buff this is such a great app to have and play with your friends. It is definitely entertaining when you are in the theater waiting for a movie to start and you pass it around to each of your friends. The scenes are just so funny and it's a blast as you answer each question correctly. I highly recommend this one.
