Adobe Says Thanks A Million For The Photoshop.com Mobile Downloads

Adobe's new Photoshop.com Mobile iPhone and iPod touch app is apparently already a massive hit.  The app, which is currently available for free, has been downloaded well over one million times since its launch only 10 days ago.  On top of that, it has also been able to grab and hold on to the number one position in the Top Free apps list as well as the Top Free Photography apps list for 10 consecutive days. On behalf of the entire team, Adobe's John Nack would like to say thank you:

"Adobe today announced that its Photoshop.com Mobile for iPhone application has been downloaded over 1 million times from Apple's App Store, a milestone reached in less than one week of availability. Additionally, the application has held the No. 1 position for all "Top Free" applications as well as the "Top Free" application in the Photography category for 10 consecutive days. Thousands of iTunes reviews have provided Adobe with positive feedback, insight and suggestions that will be considered for future versions of the application."

What makes these numbers even more impressive is that the app is only available in the U.S. and Canada.  According to Nack, there is no word yet on when the app will become available in other countries, although they are working on it.
