App Store Still Selling EyeTV

This weekend several websites have reported on Elgato's app, EyeTV, claiming that it had been pulled from the App Store shelves.
EyeTV was allegedly pulled because of a simple trick that allowed live TV streaming over 3G -- not strictly on Wi-Fi like AT&T demands.
As of tonight, 9:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, EyeTV is in the App Store available for purchase. Elegato claims that it submitted an update to Apple yesterday, EyeTV 1.0.1, seemingly stopping the workaround that allowed EyeTV users to watch live TV without Wi-Fi.
But EyeTV 1.0.0, the version that allows you to click past the warning box that tells you: "Live TV playback requires a Wi-Fi network connection" and continue to stream your EyeTV over 3G, is still being sold. Who knows how long it will be there, but considering Elegato's pending update, it probably won't be very long.
