Sniper Vs Sniper: Online is a real-time multiplayer shooting game for the iPhone and iPod touch. The game does indeed feature a single player campaign with three different game modes, but the real joy of the game comes from the multiplayer experience, just as you would expect.
Sniper Vs Sniper: Online's multiplayer gameplay features both head-to-head and cooperative play. When you play head-to-head, you will be randomly placed in opposing buildings and you must find your opponent as quickly as possible by peering through your binoculars. Once you spot your opponent, you must switch to your rifle and get a quick shot off. Players are rewarded for better shots, such as a head shot, and once someone is hit, the round is over.
The game also features a cooperative mode of sorts. Both you and your teammate will be pitted against a building full of AI controlled opponents and whoever shoots more of them wins the round.
Sniper Vs Sniper: Online also features six different maps, stat tracking, weapon upgrades, online leader boards, lobby chat, and even in-game taunts to psych-out your opponent.
