Smule Wants You To Show Off Your Rapping Skills With Their "I'm On A Boat" Contest
Time to put on your swim trunks and your flippy floppies because Smule wants you to perform "I'm On a Boat" using only your iPhone and the I Am T-Pain app for a chance to win a bunch of cool prizes.
Smule has just launched their "I'm On a Boat" contest to celebrate the addition of the song to the I Am T-Pain iPhone app. To participate in the contest, simply videotape yourself performing "I'm On a Boat" using the I Am T-Pain iPhone app and upload it to YouTube. Each week for 10 weeks a finalist will be chosen based on the number of views and the overall creativity of the video. Each of those 10 finalists will receive a $500 prize and grillz modeled after T-Pain's own grillz. A grand prize winner will be chosen on December 15th, and will be awarded with a $5,000 prize and a "Big Ass Chain" that weighs approximately 10 pounds and is valued at $47.
Each week the winning videos will be posted on Smule's website. Besides the prizes listed above, Smule will also be giving out additional "blinged out" prizes, including autographed items throughout the contest. You can view the rest of the official rules at Smule's website.
