At first glance, the iTunes 9.0.2 update offered very little for iPhone and iPod touch users to get excited about besides the dark gray background option for the Grid View.  But that's just at first glance, because TUAW discovered that Apple tweaked iTunes' app management system to go beyond 180 apps.

iTunes 9.0.2 doesn't just mirror your 11 visible iPhone pages, it now lets you go well beyond that.  If you have more than 11 pages worth of apps, as many of you app addicts certainly do, iTunes 9.0.2 now displays those extra apps on grayed-out pages.  So now if you want to hide Apple's Stocks or Weather apps, you can easily do so via iTunes app management.

Don't forget that those hidden apps can still be launched via Spotlight just in case you may actually need them again some day.
