iPhone app developers employ all sorts of different tactics to gain some much needed exposure, and one of those tactics is to make a once priced game available for free for a limited time. We really appreciate this special tactic here at AppAdvice, so we would like to thank Donut Games for making Cows in Space available for free for a limited time. Cows in Space is a relatively simple physics game that will have you saving air bubble encapsulated cows in space by teleporting them back to Earth. The concept of the game is to shoot a jelly-like ball from a launcher located at the bottom the screen into either the stars or the cows in order to make them collide. If a star touches a cow, the cow is sent home. You are given a limited number of balls to complete this task, so you must use your shots wisely. The game contains 50 levels, star rankings for each level, and various items that are meant to make saving cows that much more difficult. Cows in Space is normally priced at $.99, but it is now available for free for a limited time. Donut Games also has a couple of other previously priced games available for free in the App Store yet, including Rat on the Run and Spikey's Bounce Around, so pick them up as well if you haven't already.
