Waveboard Brings Google Wave To The App Store + Win 5 Google Wave Invites
Google Wave just hit the App Store with Waveboard, its very first iPhone client. We've told you about it a week ago already but it's now official.
It doesn't really revolutionize the approach as it's very close to the version you would get on mobile safari but it does makes the experience a little smoother. It allows you to access your waves, answer or open included links in a separate browser view. Finally it lets you shake your iPhone to reload or logout.
The app is not amazing, I'm personally expecting a lot from Google Wave and an app that just puts it in a frame for $1 is a little short. I'm not going to be tough on Waveboard though since it's only the first version of the very first iPhone Google Wave client and we can only hope for it to improve.
