geoSpark Gets Updated, So Does Our Review

December 22, 2009

As many of you long time AppAdvice readers may have already noticed, whenever there is a rather large update to an iPhone game or app, our reviewers usually like to revisit it to ensure that you are as well informed as possible.  In this case it is geoSpark that was recently updated to v1.1.1, which added a bunch of new content and features that apparently was enough to change the review score. geospark111_screen1geoSpark is a colorful and casual matching game that will have you colliding like “Sparks” by tapping and dragging them into each other. You are able to drag a single Spark into multiple Sparks to create chains in order to gain large score bonuses, but you must not allow two unlike Sparks to collide, otherwise the game is over. geoSpark recently received an update that added four new Sparks with new behaviors, a rare 1Up Spark, new high score and longest chain leader boards, achievements, more variety to the Spark spawn points, more sound effects, and a modified Slow Special Spark. Many of Trevor's initial complaints were addressed in v1.1.1 of geoSpark, so check out the updated review to see what he thinks about the game now. geoSpark v1.1.1 is available in the App Store for $.99.
