Can You Alter Facts for Apple to Remove Your Competition?

Yesterday we reported that AppVault Pro was removed from the App Store at AppBox Pro's request for potential copyright infringement. In the comments two links appeared with comparison screenshots of the apps in question. The problem is that they contain different screenshots in the comparisons. We at AppAdvice are not alleging who posted these links we just know what one is titled comparison, and the other is titled infringement. http://img190.imageshack.us/img190/8122/comparisondw.jpg http://img15.yfrog.com/img15/2711/infringementappvaultpro.jpg Having used both apps I can confirm that the screenshots here: http://img190.imageshack.us/img190/8122/comparisondw.jpg are what I have seen. The other link shares many screenshots, but what about the few screenshots which seem to not be from either app? That begs the question where these screenshots are from, and if AppBox Pro sent these to Apple as part of their copyright case, and maybe the reason for removal. If this is true this is a definite scam to get your competition removed. As you can see here: http://img190.imageshack.us/img190/8122/comparisondw.jpg there are many differences between AppBox and AppVault and, and not just copies as a few of the other images suggest. Truly though Apple should remove both apps when a case like this comes up, until an outcome is decided. What do you think of the situation now? Can you alter the facts to convince Apple to remove your competition? Where are these "infirgement" images from?
