Illusion Labs Demos Labyrinth 2 On The "bigPad"
January 29, 2010
Many iPhone developers are just itching to show off what they can do with the iPad's higher resolution and extra screen real estate, and as always, Illusion Labs has jumped to the head of the pack by demoing Labyrinth 2 on what they are calling the "bigPad."
The folks at Illusion Labs are no strangers to unique tech demos. In the past they have demoed Sway and Touchgrind on a giant touch-based table, and Touchgrind using only a MacBook Pro's trackpad. But today they chose to demo what it would be like playing Labyrinth 2 on an iPad, well, more like a 24" iPad.
From the looks of things, the device being used is actually an Apple Cinema Display rigged up with an iPhone in some sort of fashion, but it kind of makes you want a 24" iPad, doesn't it? If this doesn't get you excited for iPad gaming, maybe nothing will.
Illusion Labs hasn't forgotten about you iPhone and iPod touch gamers either. Labyrinth 2 was just updated with the ability to share levels on Facebook, Twitter, or via email along with a variety of other fixes and optimizations. If you haven't checked out Labyrinth 2 yet, there is no better time than the present.
