Gameloft has just announced an official release date for the sequel to Brothers In Arms Hour of Heroes, Brothers In Arms 2: Global Front, while also dishing out a brand new gameplay trailer.
The biggest different between the original Brothers In Arms and Brothers In Arms 2: Global Front is that the sequel won't share the same perspective. Brothers In Arms 2: Global Front is a first-person shooter that will features six different environments across 16 levels, which should provide you with about six hours of total campaign play time. The gameplay will still consist of a more stop and pop mechanic instead of running and gunning, and you will still be able to take control of various military vehicles throughout the game. Brothers In Arms 2: Global Front will also feature local Wi-Fi multiplayer at launch with in-game text chat.
Brothers In Arms 2: Global Front will be available in the App Store on Monday, February 22nd. Gameloft hasn't given a price point yet, but you can bet it will be somewhere around $6.99 like most of their recent releases.
