Google Goes Social With Buzz, Also On Your iPhone

Google just unveiled its very own take on social media; Google Buzz.

Think of it as a mix of Twitter, Facebook and Google wave, basically, it's meant to allow you to share links, media and thoughts through Gmail with your contacts and let them send it further or respond to it. But it's not email...

To access it, point your browser to http://buzz.google.com

They are slowly rolling it out in their desktop browser apps but you should be already able to access it now from your iPhone at the same address. The whole service is actually a lot more interesting on your iPhone because of its geo-located side. Just check out Google's own presentation of the mobile Buzz:
