Remember the great Pushme.to?
If you don't, Pushme.to is an app/web platform that provides you with your own web page (pushme.to/nickname) from which anybody can send you text messages in the form of push notifications. It then lets you manage those from the app or the web.
Well, it just got an update and now also lets you push pictures. It works from the web interface as well as from the app directly.
Furthermore, its developer has just finished prepping a Facebook widget for it which should be available any time now at http://pushme.to/fbapp . Basically it will let your friends send you push notifications directly from your Facebook profile.
I use it myself and it's very convenient.
