If you love sports games but just can't decide on which to purchase with that $5 you have left in your iTunes account, Gameloft has a deal for you. The prominent iPhone game publisher has crammed three different sports games into a single app to provide you with some savings and to save some page space on your device.
The three games included in the
Gameloft Sports Pack are:
Let's Golf! ($1.99): The game features 63 holes in four different locations, four customizable characters each with their own strengths and weaknesses, two different control schemes, and local multiplayer via Wi-Fi.
Derek Jeter Real Baseball ($2.99): The game features full 3D graphics including players and stadiums, a variety of lifelike animations, the ability to post replays on YouTube, realistic audio commentary, and multiple game modes including a full 162-game season with playoffs, and, of course, Derek Jeter. The game does, however, lack official MLB branding.
Real Tennis 2009 ($4.99): Gameloft's tennis title features the ability to play as eight different players, seven stadiums on three different surfaces, on-screen controls with accelerometer-controlled serves, a wide variety of strokes, career mode, and local Wi-Fi multiplayer.
Purchased separately these games would cost you around $10, but as part of the
Gameloft Sports Pack they are only $4.99. Not a bad price at all if you were going to purchase all three anyway.
