Infinote Will Turn Your iPad Into An Infinitely Large Note Board

March 29, 2010

Whether you need to jot down a quick note or create a massive hierarchical note-based diagram, developer Jey Biddulph's Infinote should be able to meet your needs thanks to its endless note board space and easily customizable notes. Infinote is a new iPad app that is essentially your everyday pin board or note board, just with infinite possibilities.  It was designed to take advantage of the iPad's large touch-screen display by allowing you to place notes of varying sizes any which way you like to be used for almost any application. To create a note in Infinote, just tap the add button, write your message, and pick one of many colors.  The note is placed on your board and you can move, rotate, or scale your it using multitouch controls.  Notes can be placed on top of, next to, or miles away from each other; the decision is yours to make.  Notes can also be displayed in a more structured grid view with a single tap of the screen. Not all notes have to go on the same board.  You can create multiple projects using different boards and customize each board so it makes sense to you.  Note boards can be viewed singly or in grid view to page through by swiping across the screen.  Note boards and even single notes can also be exported and sent via email to share with others. The developer doesn't intend to stop there.  Infinote will eventually be receiving more note-taking options via updates, such as the ability to add audio notes and images. Infinote should, pending Apple's approval, be hitting the App Store on April 3rd for $2.99.  So what do you think note-taking junkies, will Infinote meet your needs?
