Right on schedule, Apple has just officially opened pre-orders for its new "revolutionary" tablet device, the iPad.
As announced last week, you can now head over to the Apple store online and place your order for the Wifi or 3G version of the iPad with either 16, 32, or 64 GB of memory.
If you go for the WiFi model, you can have it shipped and delivered free of charge on the 3rd of April (unless Saturday delivery is not available in your area, then it will be the 5th). Or you can reserve it in an Apple Store of your choice and pick it up on the 3rd between 9am and 3pm.
The 3G model can be pre-order online as well, there are however no updates as to when exactly it will hit the market.
There is a limit of two units per customer, and of course, it's US only.
