Getting a couple of friends together and deciding on a place to eat can be a difficult task. The same can be said for business associates trying to get together for a lunch meeting. In response, Mezzoman Studios, Inc. has just released their Mezzoman App for iPhone and iPod touch so you can find a spot everyone will agree on.
Mezzoman uses Google Maps to calculate a midpoint between two or three locations. It then uses Google Local Search to find restaurants or establishments near that midpoint based on your search criteria.
In trials, it worked very well. Midpoints are calculated based on road travel time and not straight line distance, guaranteeing all parties involved will arrive at the same time. Sushi anyone?
It's just $1 so give it a try!
