We reported earlier today the Firemint's Flight Control will be included in the launch of the iPad App Store. Firemint's other game Real Racing will also be available the first day of the iPad App Store as Real Racing HD. The beautiful iPhone game is getting a graphics update for the iPad giving you that real championship racing in native iPad resolution.
On top of all the features you get in the iPhone version, the HD version will include a few new features and new HD UI elements. Everything is about redesigning the amazing iPhone game to make it even more amazing on the bigger screen with the more powerful processor. This one is almost guaranteed a beauty running on your iPad, but note that the screens and the price are subject to change.
One big question regarding iPad games is what will be the control method? Firemint has chosen a new control method specifically designed for the iPad providing touch screen controls with adjustable sensitivity. One interesting note is that the game will be sold at $9.99 which was the launch price of the iPhone version, so Firemint isn't increasing the pay scale for the iPad.
April 3rd will be an interesting day to see how these apps perform.
