'Strike Knight' - Upcoming Game From Backflip Studios

Backflip Studios has made a number of games for the iPhone including Paper Toss and Ragdoll Blaster with their respective sequels. Their next game is called Strike Knight, and it's being billed as a puck/shufflboard bowling game. You flick the puck towards the pins, and try to knock down as many as you can, though the game is more about timing than bowling skill. The biggest news regarding the game is that it will be Free, and will be very similar to the simple pick up and play of Ad based Paper Toss. The game isn't meant to be deep, though there is heckling from a knight with a deep voice, and is paying homage to the arcade/bar machines of the late 80's/early 90's. The game will be submitted to Apple some time next week, but in the mean time you can see the screenshots, and video of the game in action. Backflip Studios has some other news as well beginning with their plan to release five free games of the similar high quality in the next 2-3 months. Also they just released a lite version of Ragdoll Blaster 2 that has 30 levels, and we also have a full review to help you decide. Finally for Paper Toss fans a Restroom level has been added to the free version, and World Tour now has an Arctic level.
