Bold iTunes Wireless Sync App Gets Submitted
April 26, 2010
iPhone developer Greg Hughes apparently didn't get the memo on the whole app rejection process and just boldly submitted an app that allows you nothing less than sync your iPhone wirelessly with iTunes.
How is that possible? Well, apparently his iPhone app collaborates somehow with a desktop companion, which in turn plugs itself into iTunes and makes it believe an iPod is plugged. It's quite a neat hack and since it's limited to iPod functions, it should go pretty fast.
Don't get your hopes too high as I bet you that Apple will reject the hell out of it. In the meantime, here is how it looks like (youtube link):
Do you even ever sync your iPhone?
