TurboTax Launches Free MyTaxRefund iPhone App To Help Track Your E-Filed Tax Return

Did you recently e-file your federal tax return?  Are you quickly becoming impatient waiting for your refund to show up, or even worried that it has been rejected?  If so, TurboTax has the perfect iPhone app for you called MyTaxRefund. MyTaxRefund is a free iPhone app that allows you to track your e-filed federal tax return just as you would an important package, or more like an important package full of money.  The app lets you know when your return was filed, if it was accepted or rejected by the IRS, and when you can be expecting your refund all by filling out a few simple questions.  MyTaxRefund works for anyone who e-filed their federal tax return, not just TurboTax customers, although you will be asked to provide a few more answers. MyTaxRefund is available in the App Store for free.  It really only takes a couple of minutes to download and install the app, answer the few simple questions, and get an answer, so you should be in the know in no time.  I suppose you could also just access the IRS.gov website and use their online form, but it isn't exactly iPhone friendly.  MyTaxRefund is free and optimized for your screen. For those of you worried about privacy and security, TurboTax assures that they will not collect or save any of the data or numbers entered into the app.
