Apple Launches International On-Device iPad App & iBook Stores

A couple words to notify you that Apple has finally decided to allow non-US iPads to access both local App- and iBookstores.
It's not for everybody as it only concerns countries that are scheduled to receive the iPad next week for now, but it's a start. It's apparently also still a work in progress and many apps are not yet available. As for the iBookstore, it only contains for now a couple free iBooks from the Gutenberg project. So give it a couple days.

We're now hearing that users in certain countries not scheduled for next week's launch are getting the App Store on their device as well. Nice move Apple!
