Yesterday's free apps list was ridiculously long and plump full of quality titles, and today's list is more of the same. It contains mostly iPhone games, but there is a neat time lapse camera app for the iPhone in the mix along with a pleasantly simple iPad memory game.
Due to the length of the list we have once again made the descriptions short and sweet.
Scarface Last Stand ($6.99 -> Free): An on-rails shooter where you play as Tony Montana and act out the final scene of the classic film. The game features on-screen controls, 30 levels, two game modes, unlockables, and online leaderboards. As a warning, or as a selling to point some possibly, the game does feature some curse-laden quotes from the film.

iTimeLapse Pro ($2.99 -> Free): Captures a series of images and allows you to compile them into a video. You can create as many sessions as you want and and add images at any time. Among the many features is a sound capture mode, which activates the camera when your iPhone detects a sound. Videos can be uploaded directly to YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo, or shared via email.

Dark Raider ($.99 -> Free): A dual stick shooter (by default) that's also a RPG. Explore 64 levels while grabbing loot and taking down monsters with a variety of weapons. The game features all kinds of different environments, traps, and puzzles that will keep you busy for hours on end.

... ($1.99 -> Free): A unique game where you must guide a ball down the screen by aligning gaps using tilt controls. The game features a stylish yet simple graphical style, responsive controls, and online leaderboards and achievements provided by OpenFeint. It's one of those addictive pick-up-and-play casual games that we all love so much.

Snake Galaxy ($2.99 -> Free): A colorful 3D version of the classic game,
Snake. Guide the snake using touch controls around 3D environments while collecting food to make your snake grow, but you must watch out for your own tail, because if you hit it the game is over. The game features a bunch of unlockable environments, online and local leaderboards, and a quick play mode.
Snake Galaxy will be available for free for an undisclosed amount of time.
For iPad:
MindShapes for iPad ($1.99 -> Free): A memory game where you must simply memorize the position of each of the objects you are shown and then place them back in their original positions. Pieces are placed by dragging and dropping them, and if you are close enough, they will simply lock into place. You only get a specific number of moves to accomplish the task before the game is over.
MindShapes features 100 levels, two difficulty levels, online leaderboards, and Facebook integration.
