Aqueduct Streams Into The App Store - Plus A Chance To Win A Copy

June 29, 2010

Kieffer Bros. are known for making engaging and visually appealing casual games for our favorite mobile gaming platform, and their newly launched puzzle game, Aqueduct, fits that mold perfectly.  The developers were kind enough to supply us with four promo codes for Aqueduct in order to give you fine folks a chance to try it on launch day without monetary risk.  But first, a little something about the game. Aqueduct is a puzzle game where you are tasked with restoring the flow of water by placing a variety of pipes -- straight, corner, T-section, and cross-junction -- from faucets to drains.  Pipes are easily moved by simply tapping and dragging them, but those aren't the only pieces that require your attention.  You will also need to move spacer blocks out of the way and onto buttons at times in order to make things happen.  Other obstacles such as warp holes, conveyor belts, and bridges will add to the head scratching. The game features a total of 140 levels spread out across six difficulty levels.  It also sports some soothing music, sound effects, and colorful sketch graphics. Aqueduct is now available in the App Store for $2.99. To have a chance at winning one of two Aqueduct promo codes, simply hit that green retweet button near the bottom of this page or retweet this post from your favorite Twitter app before 11:59 PM PDT tonight (June 29th). We will then search the Twitterverse for all of the retweets and randomly choose our lucky winners. The winners will be notified via Twitter, so please be sure to follow us so we can send you your promo code via a direct message. Non-Twitter users and those of you who want to increase your odds of winning can simply leave a relevant comment below before 11:59 PM PDT tonight to have a chance at winning one of the other two promo codes. Feel free to participate in the giveaway via either or both methods. Only one entry per person per method is allowed, totaling up to two entries per person if using both. This giveaway is only open to U.S. iTunes account users.
